Coquihalla Autumn

An autumn day and a drive along a stretch of scenic highway in rural British Columbia. Only the few remembered impressions help me with the sketch for this print and maybe that’s a good thing -- my memory reduced to the most basic elements: rolling grassy slopes, stands of aspens turning gold, a border of evergreens creating a backdrop. Please note: Minor variations are possible, as a result of the technique by which reduction prints are made, and are what makes each print in the edition a ‘unique art piece’.
